You can access this dialog from the following:

Ribbon: OpenRail Modeling > Rail Topology > Topology Tools > Import Rail Equipments

This function allows the user to import equipment such as signal locations from products like Context Capture, including point or cell readings of signal locations.

Point feature definitions in the workspace are also matched to the level name of the read object. If no match is found, a default feature definition is used.
